These Lightsabers are Machined entirely by me as I was learning how to use my lathe. They have been designed to fit blades made of poycarbonate, a virtually bulletproof clear plastic. Some have sound cards in them from MR Force FX sabers, and speakers.

First Polycarb prototype
This one is my experiment. It is made from aluminum tube that has a one inch inside diameter - so all my electronics have to be engineered to fit. It is a 3 watt green LED.
I managed to create a module that contains the LED, heatsink, resistor, lense, and allows for the switch to be plugged into it. This was my huge space-saving innovation. I later ditched the aluminum cylinder and replaced it with a clear polycarb one.
One watt saber
Originally built for a golf tube blade, I upgraded this one to house a polycarb blade for sale on ebay...
Lightsaber with sound
This one was my first experiment with a sound module. I used the hasbro sound card from a toy Vader lightsaber. It is a 3 watt red LED.
Ebay sales
There have been lightsabers of this kind that I have made along the way to sell like this one.

Fulcrum 2
This is an updated model of my personal lightsaber "Fulcrum". This one has a 3w Royal Blue LED, a red indicator LED, two stage switches (POWER ON, and ACTIVATE), and machined copper buttons.
The red indicator LED illuminates when the power switch is turned on, then switches to the blue indicator when the blade is activated.
This is a shot of the components involved, including my LED/Switch Module.
I will be working on an exchangeable sound upgrade, and a rechargeable battery pack.

Fulcrum 2 upgraded
This project has been in the works for some time. I finally got to finish it today. This is of course my personal lightsaber. I have just re-designed the guts to include a Royal Blue K2 LED, MR Mace Windu sound board. I wired in a relay in order to get 1500 mA to the LED. It also boasts the custom 4.8 volt 2000 mAh rechargeable battery.

I was recently comissioned to do a custom lightsaber. I'm really happy how it turned out. It is similar to my Fulcrum, but still one of a kind.
This one boasts a 3 watt White Luxeon LED.

Sound and Rechargeable upgrade
I've jut finished upgrading one of my sabers. On top of the 3 watt green LED, it now boasts MR sound effects, and a custom made 4.8 volt NIMH rechargeable battery (thanks dad!).
This is my prototype. I plan to Upgrade Fulcrum 2 with the same setup, but using a blue K2 LED.
Swiss Army Saber
This saber is the result of a design I've had in my head for half a year. I made detailed plans before I attempted to build it. The design had to be precise on alot of levels... 1) It must be balanced and set up for fighting, with a switch that won't get bumped and turn off in a duel. 2) It must be able to accomodate a sound card upgrade in the future. 3) I wanted to finally do a flange emitter style saber.
It boasts a Blue K2 Led, 4.8 v. rechargeable NIMH power cell, and a custom activator made from a genuine Swiss Army Knife logo.
The switch is a momentary button - so you can hold it on and release it to turn off, OR you can slide the machined collar over it to lock it in the on position.
I've finally decided to upgrade and sell this lightsaber. It will be going on ebay within a few weeks. It has a 3w red Lux. I'm installing 3 AA NIMH rechargeable batteries that provide 2600 mAh of power. I will also be including a smart charger, and a short blade. The buyout price will be $249.00 US, but I think I will start the bidding around $150.
